Overview

The Scanlon Foundation and Museums Victoria have embarked on a partnership to advance participation, diversity and belonging across its workforce and museums, including Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks and the Immigration Museum.

The project seeks to change the arts and cultural landscape to be representative of Victoria’s diverse and dynamic communities and, in doing so, provide a model of best practice for inclusion in cultural and arts institutions.

The four-year project will break down barriers to participation and engagement with diverse audiences, drive creative leadership and best practice in the sector and enhance diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
