A Taste of Harmony is an annual event that celebrates cultural diversity in workplaces across Australia. It has grown to become Australia’s largest annual workplace celebration of cultural diversity.
Using food as a way to bring people together, it provides workplaces with the opportunity to recognise and celebrate the diversity in their workforce.
Whether by sharing a meal, creating a cook book or participating in team building exercises, A Taste of Harmony encourages employees and employers to share stories and histories and to learn about each other’s’ cultural heritage.
With one in three Australians now born overseas, there is much to share and to celebrate.
